HP launches HyperX OMEN 16 VALORANT gaming laptop at $3,049
HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) announced the HyperX OMEN 16 VALORANT Limited Edition gaming laptop, developed in collaboration with Riot Games. The device features custom aesthetics inspired by the popular tactical shooter game VALORANT, including themed colorways, keyboard accents and game-inspired design elements.
The laptop is equipped with up to AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics cards with 12GB GDDR7 memory. Additional specifications include display options up to 2.5K resolution with 240Hz refresh rate and 3ms response time, along with an HyperAction keyboard featuring 8k high-polling-rate for input responsiveness.
The device includes OMEN AI optimization technology that automatically adjusts system, hardware and game settings for individual titles, including VALORANT. The laptop represents the latest product in HP's ongoing collaboration with Riot Games, following previous releases including the OMEN 35L VALORANT Limited Edition desktop and OMEN 16 League of Legends Limited Edition laptop.

Ivory Jones, Senior Director of Global Consumer Products at Riot Games, stated that the collaboration reflects VALORANT's combination of "precision performance with bold, unmistakable style."
The HyperX OMEN 16 VALORANT Limited Edition is available for pre-order on HP.com with a starting price of $3,049.99, according to the company's announcement.
