Roku adds FOX One streaming service to premium subscription lineup
Roku Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKU) launched FOX One as a premium subscription service on The Roku Channel in the United States. The streaming service provides live and on-demand access to FOX news, sports and entertainment content through Roku's platform.
FOX One subscribers on The Roku Channel will have access to all 104 matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026, as FOX One serves as the official English-language streaming platform for the tournament. The service includes FOX entertainment series such as "MasterChef," "Doc," and "Family Guy," along with live sports from the NFL and MLB, and news programming from FOX News, FOX Business and FOX affiliates.
"FOX One is a tremendous addition to Roku's Premium Subscriptions experience, which is focused on making it easier for customers to discover, subscribe to, and stream the content they love all in one place," said Gil Fuchsberg, President of Subscriptions, Partnerships & Corporate Development at Roku.
The subscription costs $19.99 per month and includes a 3-day free trial for eligible customers. Roku customers can subscribe using their Roku account and access the content on Roku devices, the Roku mobile app or through the web with a single login.
FOX One content will be discoverable through Roku Sports Zone and sport-specific destinations including the Soccer Zone. The service joins more than 75 streaming services available through Roku's Premium Subscriptions offering.
"Joining Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel expands our reach and gives fans yet another way to find and enjoy all of the FOX content they love," said Pete Distad, CEO of FOX Direct to Consumer.
