S&P Global executive Saugata Saha to leave company in July
S&P Global Inc. (NYSE: SPGI) announced that Saugata Saha, President of S&P Global Market Intelligence and Chief Enterprise Data Officer, will leave the company on July 30, 2026, to pursue another opportunity.
Saha will remain with the financial information services company through his departure date to support the transition, according to a statement released May 26.
"Saugata is a respected leader and a valued member of our Executive Leadership Team," said Martina Cheung, President and Chief Executive Officer of S&P Global. "He leaves Market Intelligence and our Enterprise Data Organization in a position of strength, with clear momentum, and a solid foundation to build upon."
The company said it expects to move quickly as it evaluates and refines the leadership and structure for Market Intelligence.
As part of organizational changes, S&P Global's Enterprise Data Organization will be integrated into the Chief Technology & Transformation Office, led by Firdaus Bhathena, the company's Chief Technology & Transformation Officer.
Cheung stated that unifying the company's data and technology capabilities under Bhathena will accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence across products, enhance efficiency and productivity, and drive innovation for customers.
S&P Global maintained its financial guidance for 2026. The company provides financial information, analytics, and credit ratings to businesses, governments, and individuals globally.
