Intuitive Machines Inc. (LUNR) PT Raised to $43 at Cantor Fitzgerald on Reaffirmed Guidance
Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Andres Sheppard raised the price target on Intuitive Machines Inc. (NASDAQ: LUNR) to $43.00 (from $26.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst commented, "We remain bullish on LUNR after the company reaffirmed FY26 revenue guidance of $900M-1B, and positive adj. EBITDA in FY26. More importantly, LUNR's management expects a contract decision on the Lunar Terrain Vehicle (LTV) award by the end of this week and remains confident in winning the award. We view this as a material near-term catalyst, and we expect LUNR to likely be a beneficiary, with potentially additional follow-on awards. Additionally, on its 1Q call, LUNR reaffirmed that its upcoming mission to the moon (IM-3 Mission) is on track for 2H26 (we expect 4Q26). More recently, LUNR announced it was selected by the U.S. Space Force’s Space Systems Command as 1 of 14 awardees under the Andromeda multi-year award. This is an IDIQ 10-year contract, with an initial value of up to $1.84B and a potential total value of $6.24B. While the contract value will be spread across the 14 different awardees, we view this as additional potential upside, which is currently not reflected in our estimates. Finally, we continue to view LUNR's recent acquisition of Lanteris as not only synergistic with their existing business model, but also additive to the bottom line. More specifically, in our view, the Lanteris acquisition fundamentally improves the unit economics of the company as we now expect LUNR's revenue to increase from ~$210M in FY25 to > $900M in FY26. Overall, we Reiterate our OW rating and increase our 12- month PT to $43 (from $26 prior)."
