Integra Resources appoints three executives to leadership roles
Integra Resources Corp. (NYSE American: ITRG) announced the appointment of three executives to senior leadership positions.
Scott Trebilcock joins as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, effective May 25, 2026. Trebilcock brings over 30 years of experience as a process engineer, management consultant and mining executive. He previously served as Chief Development Officer at Mandalay Resources Ltd., where he developed merger and acquisition strategies resulting in a $1 billion merger transaction with Alkane Resources. At Nevsun Resources, he led the acquisition of Reservoir Minerals Inc. and the subsequent acquisition of Nevsun by Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. for $1.8 billion.
Whitney Buhlin was appointed Vice President, Human Resources, effective May 19, 2026. Buhlin has nearly 20 years of mining industry experience and previously spent 12 years at Capstone Copper Corp., most recently as Director, Human Resources. She supported the company through portfolio transformation and growth, including the integration of Capstone Mining Corp. and Mantos Copper (Bermuda) Limited.
Josh Serfass was named Vice President, Business Development & Investor Relations, effective May 18, 2026. Serfass has over 14 years of experience in investor relations, corporate development and communications. He previously served as Director of Corporate Development at VRIFY Technology Inc. and was part of the corporate team at Integra Gold Corp. that sold the Lamaque Mine to Eldorado Gold Corporation for C$590 million in 2017.
The company also granted 177,429 stock options and 109,882 restricted share units to certain executives on May 25, 2026. The options have an exercise price of C$3.46 per share and expire in five years.
Integra operates the Florida Canyon Mine in Nevada and is developing the DeLamar Project in Idaho and the Nevada North Project in western Nevada.
