The analyst comments "The company reported neutral Q2 FY2026 earnings. Our core thesis remains unchanged: 2026 marks the low point of the large agricultural equipment cycle. Deere's diversified portfolio is generating higher structural profitability at the low point than in previous cycles, driven by technology monetization and increased demand for construction equipment. We are reiterating our HOLD recommendation but raising our price target to $590."
