VS Media Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: VSME) announced plans to enter the AI Smart Living sector to explore growth opportunities in smart living products and services, according to a company press release.

The Singapore-based company, which manages a global network of digital content creators on platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, said it will leverage its existing media resources and creator networks to develop the new business segment.

VS Media plans to focus on smart home products, smart living consumer products, AI-enabled lifestyle services, digital health management, intelligent community services and cross-border distribution of lifestyle consumer products. The company will evaluate and select products and services based on market demand, supply chain conditions and commercial feasibility.

To support the business development, VS Media plans to establish an international business platform including a BVI holding company and a Singapore operating company. The Singapore entity is expected to handle implementation of AI Smart Living products and services, market expansion and commercial operations in Southeast Asia and international markets.

The company has held preliminary discussions with potential partners and plans to enter strategic cooperation framework agreements with companies in the Smart Living sector. The cooperation is expected to focus on product introduction, market promotion, channel development and cross-border distribution.

VS Media cautioned that any framework agreements would primarily establish cooperation intentions, with specific commercial terms subject to further negotiation. The company stated it cannot guarantee that framework agreements will be entered into or that contemplated cooperation will result in definitive transactions or commercial outcomes.

The AI Smart Living business remains in planning and preliminary development stages, VS Media noted. The company said it cannot guarantee the plans will be completed as expected or that the business will generate significant revenue or profit.
