May 21, 2026 5:01 PM

Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) announced it will present data from more than 60 disclosures and 19 oral presentations at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting, scheduled for May 29 to June 2 in Chicago.

The presentations will include late-breaking Phase 3 results from the SUCCESSOR-2 trial of mezigdomide, an investigational CELMoD therapy, in combination with carfilzomib and dexamethasone for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The study compared this combination against carfilzomib and dexamethasone alone.

Additional data will cover investigational treatments including pumitamig, a PD-L1 x VEGF-A bispecific antibody developed with BioNTech for first-line non-small cell lung cancer, and izalontamab brengitecan, an EGFRxHER3 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate being studied for triple-negative breast cancer and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

The company will also present data on golcadomide, an investigational lymphoma CELMoD, in combination with pola-RCHP for newly diagnosed aggressive B-cell lymphoma, and iberdomide, another investigational CELMoD, combined with daratumumab, bortezomib and dexamethasone for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma.

Real-world data presentations will include outcomes for Breyanzi (lisocabtagene maraleucel) in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia and mantle cell lymphoma, based on data from the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research.

The company stated the presentations will span multiple tumor types and therapeutic approaches including bispecifics, antibody-drug conjugates, and targeted therapies across solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
