May 21, 2026 4:30 PM

Hub Group Inc. (NASDAQ: HUBG) received a deficiency notice from Nasdaq on May 19, 2026, for failing to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026, according to a company statement.

The notice indicates the transportation and logistics company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires listed companies to file all required periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission on time.

The deficiency notice does not immediately affect the listing or trading of Hub Group's common stock on Nasdaq. The company has until September 14, 2026, to regain compliance under a 180-day exception period previously granted by the exchange.

Hub Group stated it continues working to complete restatements of its financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, as well as quarterly periods ended March 31, June 30, and September 30, 2025. The company also needs to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The company expects to file the delayed Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, after completing the filing of its Form 10-K, according to the statement.

Hub Group provides transportation and logistics management solutions and employs approximately 6,000 workers and drivers globally.
