May 21, 2026 4:01 PM

ParkerVision Inc. (OTCQB: PRKR) announced the appointment of Anthony Bowers as a Class II director to its board of directors. The appointment fills a vacancy created by the retirement of Lewis H. Titterton Jr. on May 15.

Bowers serves as Director of Corporate Sales at Intro-act LLC, a capital introduction company that uses artificial intelligence to connect issuers with investors. He brings over 30 years of experience in corporate and institutional sales, including leadership positions at OTR Global and Goldman Sachs. Bowers holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Amherst College.

"We are excited to have Tony join our Board," said Jeffrey Parker, CEO of ParkerVision. "Tony's background in corporate investor relations and institutional investing, along with his knowledge of ParkerVision's business objectives and challenges, brings a unique perspective to our Board."

Parker noted that the company will miss Titterton's guidance and expects the retiring director, described as one of the company's larger shareholders, to remain supportive of the company's strategic direction.

ParkerVision develops and licenses radio-frequency technologies for wireless communication products and is engaged in patent enforcement actions in the U.S. The company is based in Jacksonville, Florida.
