Netskope integrates with Claude's compliance API for AI security

May 21, 2026 12:45 PM

Netskope (NASDAQ: NTSK) announced an integration with Anthropic's Claude Compliance API to provide security controls for enterprise use of the Claude AI assistant. The integration connects Claude Enterprise to Netskope's security platform, offering visibility into AI usage and policy enforcement capabilities.

According to Netskope's AI Index, Claude adoption among enterprises grew from 56.2% to 94.9% between April 2025 and April 2026. The integration allows organizations to apply existing data loss prevention policies and compliance controls to Claude conversations and activities.

The Claude Compliance API provides enterprise IT teams with programmatic access to Claude activity data, enabling real-time monitoring and automated policy enforcement. Through the integration, organizations can inventory Claude deployments, apply data protection policies, and evaluate configurations against regulatory standards including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.

"Organizations are rapidly moving beyond experimentation and embracing AI at scale," said Sanjay Beri, CEO and co-founder of Netskope. "Our integration with the Claude Compliance API is critical to that AI ecosystem story, connecting Netskope's unified data governance and compliance controls directly to Claude usage."

The integration enables security teams to monitor Claude workspaces, users, and API keys while applying threat protection to files uploaded or generated within Claude Enterprise. The system feeds Claude activity into Netskope's user behavior analytics engine to detect anomalies and update user confidence scores.

Netskope plans to make the integration available in private preview for customers in June 2026. The company provides security and networking services for cloud and AI applications, serving thousands of customers including more than 30 Fortune 100 companies.
