The U.S. General Services Administration announced a OneGov agreement with Snowflake Inc. (NYSE: SNOW) to provide federal agencies with access to the company's data cloud platform through September 30, 2027.

Under the agreement, federal agencies can access Snowflake's platform through GSA's Multiple Award Schedule with automatic discounts of 20% on compute services and 26.67% on storage. Agencies may qualify for additional discounts of up to 50% on compute costs as usage increases.

"GSA's OneGov agreement with Snowflake supports President Trump's priority to accelerate technological innovation by giving agencies streamlined access to a shared data platform that breaks down long-standing silos," said GSA Administrator Edward C. Forst.

The agreement aims to enable federal agencies to consolidate data resources and support artificial intelligence initiatives. Snowflake's platform operates across multiple cloud environments and provides data storage and analytics capabilities.

"Federal agencies are seeking efficiency in cost, enterprise scaled performance, intuitive design driven tools for the workforce and simplicity in contracting," said Snowflake CEO Sridhar Ramaswamy.

The OneGov framework allows federal agencies to purchase technology services through pre-negotiated contracts designed to streamline procurement processes. The agreement covers the one-year period ending September 30, 2027.
