Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) reported total holdings of approximately $337 million as of May 20, 2026, according to a company statement. The treasury composition includes a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI equity through special purpose vehicles, an $18 million investment in Beast Industries, 11,068 Ethereum tokens, 283 million Worldcoin tokens valued at $0.25 each, and $133 million in cash and equivalents.

The OpenAI investment represents approximately 27% of Eightco's treasury assets, while the Worldcoin holdings constitute about 21% of total assets. The company states it holds approximately 8.31% of Worldcoin's circulating supply, which it describes as the largest publicly disclosed institutional position globally.

Beast Industries, led by Jimmy Donaldson, guided full-year 2026 revenue to $1.6 billion, up from $899 million in 2025, according to the statement. The company made its first public presentation to advertisers on May 12, unveiling a creator marketplace and distribution engine called Vyro.

OpenAI launched several initiatives in recent weeks, including the Deployment Company on May 11, described as a multi-billion joint venture with 19 partner firms, and ChatGPT Personal Finance for Pro users in the United States on May 15. Media sources reported that OpenAI is preparing to file for an initial public offering in coming weeks.

The company cited data showing non-human activity across various internet platforms, including 75% of Polymarket trading volume, 53% of web traffic, and 47% of email activity. Eightco positions itself as providing exposure to artificial intelligence, digital identity, and the creator economy through its holdings in OpenAI, Worldcoin, and Beast Industries respectively.
