Constellation Brands elects Morgan Flatley to board of directors

Constellation Brands Inc. (NYSE: STZ) announced the election of Morgan Flatley to its board of directors, effective May 20, 2026. Flatley serves as Executive Vice President, Global Chief Marketing Officer and New Business Ventures at McDonald's Corporation.

Flatley's appointment returns Constellation's board to 12 members following the retirement of former President and Chief Executive Officer Bill Newlands in April 2026. The election continues the company's board refreshment process.

At McDonald's, Flatley oversees global brand building, marketing, menu development, value platforms, digital customer engagement, and new business ventures. She joined McDonald's in 2017 after spending 13 years at PepsiCo Inc., where she most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Global Nutrition, managing brands including Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade, and Naked Juice.

Flatley has received recognition from Forbes as one of the World's Most Influential CMOs and was honored by Adweek with its Brand Genius award. Under her leadership, McDonald's has received multiple recognitions as a top marketer among consumer brands.

"Morgan's extensive global brand-building experience in both the consumer-packaged goods and food and beverage sectors will benefit Constellation," said Board Chair Chris Baldwin in a statement.

Constellation Brands operates as a beverage alcohol company with beer, wine, and spirits operations in the United States, Mexico, New Zealand, and Italy. The company's portfolio includes Corona Extra, Modelo Especial, Robert Mondavi Winery, and High West Whiskey.
