TTEC extends Volkswagen Group UK partnership with seven-year deal
TTEC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC) announced a seven-year contract extension with Volkswagen Group UK to continue providing customer experience and digital transformation services across the United Kingdom.
The agreement extends a partnership that began in 2020 and covers customer care, case management, connected vehicle support, and AI-enabled omnichannel contact center solutions. TTEC will operate from facilities in Leeds and Cairo, Egypt, supporting the Audi, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands.

Since 2020, the companies have implemented cloud-based platforms, CRM transformation, and advanced automation to modernize customer operations. The renewed contract maintains TTEC's role in delivering data-driven customer experiences across the customer lifecycle for Volkswagen Group UK's multiple automotive brands.
Simon Dillsworth, Senior Vice President of Automotive and RevGen at TTEC, said the company looks forward to continuing the partnership over the next seven years.
