May 20, 2026 4:07 PM

ICF (NASDAQ: ICFI) announced the launch of a new accelerator designed to streamline licensing, permitting and inspections processes for government agencies. The accelerator is built on Salesforce and Docusign platforms and incorporates artificial intelligence technology.

The accelerator aims to automate complex tasks and reduce manual efforts in licensing and permitting workflows. ICF stated the technology can integrate with existing systems to increase operational speed and reduce costs.

"Government agencies are under growing pressure to move faster, deliver more and stay compliant," said David Birken, ICF senior vice president for digital modernization and experience. "Our newest accelerator supports them by combining ICF's deep federal expertise with trusted technologies from Salesforce and Docusign."

Paul Tatum, executive vice president of Global Public Sector Solutions at Salesforce, said the accelerator leverages Agentforce Public Sector capabilities to help agencies streamline operations and improve citizen experiences.

Lee Fisher, vice president of Public Sector and Life Sciences at Docusign, noted that the accelerator incorporates Docusign CLM to enable automated workflows and compliance management.

The accelerator is part of ICF Fathom, the company's suite of AI solutions and services for digital transformation. ICF, founded in 1969, provides technology and consulting services to government and private sector clients.

The announcement was made in a press release statement from the Reston, Virginia-based company.
