CONMED appoints two directors to expand board to nine members
CONMED Corporation (NYSE: CNMD) announced the appointment of Celine Martin and Jeff Mirviss to its board of directors, effective July 1, 2026. The appointments will expand the board to nine directors.
Martin will serve on the audit committee and strategy committee, while Mirviss will join the compensation committee and corporate governance and nominating committee.
Martin brings 30 years of experience from Johnson & Johnson, where she most recently served as Company Group Chairman leading the Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions Group from 2022 to 2025. She previously led the Ethicon Endo Surgery business and helped establish the company's robotic and digital surgery portfolio. Martin holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and serves on H.B. Fuller's board of directors.
Mirviss has more than 35 years of healthcare industry experience, most recently as Executive Vice President and Global President of Peripheral Interventions at Boston Scientific from 2020 to 2025. In that role, he led a multi-billion dollar global business focused on therapies for vascular disease and cancer. He also had responsibility for the company's Latin America and Canada regions and government affairs function. Mirviss holds a marketing degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
