Arch Insurance North America appointed Imran Jalozie as Chief Information Officer, the company announced. Jalozie will lead enterprise information technology infrastructure and delivery while advancing platform modernization initiatives.

Jalozie joined Arch in 2022 as Vice President of IT Application Development and has served as interim CIO for Arch Insurance since May 2025. He brings more than 22 years of experience in IT and leadership positions.

In his new role, Jalozie reports to Lauren Dieterich, Chief Operating Officer for Arch Insurance. The appointment follows his tenure as interim CIO, during which he led technology operations for the insurance division.

"Over the past year as Interim CIO, Imran has earned the team's trust through steady leadership, clear priorities and a strong understanding of both our technology landscape and business needs," Dieterich said in the announcement.

Brian First, President of Arch Insurance, said the appointment recognizes Jalozie's leadership and the company's confidence in his ability to expand technology-driven solutions. First noted that Jalozie's focus on collaboration between IT and Operations aims to improve workflows and accelerate adoption of new technologies, including artificial intelligence.

Arch Insurance North America operates as part of Arch Capital Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: ACGL), which reported approximately $26.9 billion in capital as of March 31, 2026. The insurance operations cover the United States and Canada through multiple subsidiary companies.
