Life Time launches nutrition coaching service with 500 coaches nationwide

May 20, 2026 8:02 AM

Life Time (NYSE: LTH) launched Dynamic Nutrition Coaching, a personalized in-club nutrition service available across its more than 190 athletic country clubs in North America. The program employs more than 500 nutrition coaches to provide one-on-one guidance to members.

The service begins with a complimentary consultation and personalized assessment, followed by customized nutrition plans developed with dedicated coaches. The program integrates with Life Time's existing Dynamic service ecosystem, which includes Dynamic Personal Training and Dynamic Stretch.

Members can combine nutrition coaching with Life Time's resting and active metabolic assessment, which provides data on how their body uses energy. The company positions the service as a metabolism-driven approach that works alongside members' training and lifestyle demands.

"Nutrition advice is everywhere, but most people don't need more information — they need a plan built for their goals, lifestyle and body," said Anika Christ, Senior Director of Life Time Health. "Without understanding their baseline or having the right support and accountability, lasting progress can be difficult to achieve."

The coaching is delivered in-person at Life Time clubs by coaches trained in both exercise science and nutrition, supported by corporate and club-based registered dietitians. The service builds on Life Time's three-decade history of providing in-club nutrition support.

Life Time's annual Health and Wellness Survey found 82% of respondents plan to focus more on their overall health, with strength training and body composition among their top goals. The company operates more than 190 athletic country clubs across the United States and Canada, serving members from 90 days to over 90 years old.

Members can schedule consultations with nutrition coaches at their home club or visit the company's website for more information.
