InMode names new chairman and CFO in leadership changes
InMode Ltd. (NASDAQ: INMD) announced the appointment of Dr. Shlomo Nass as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Moshik Itzkovich as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Dr. Nass succeeds Dr. Michael Anghel, who retired earlier this month. The company stated that Dr. Nass brings experience in corporate law, accounting, governance, and audit oversight, with background advising public and private companies on regulatory and financial matters.
"His deep expertise in corporate governance, financial oversight, and regulatory matters, combined with his extensive leadership experience, will be invaluable as we continue to execute our strategic priorities and drive long-term shareholder value," said Moshe Mizrahy, Chief Executive Officer.
Moshik Itzkovich was promoted from his previous role as Senior Vice President of Finance at InMode. He replaces Yair Malca, who stepped down earlier this month and will serve as a consultant through the company's Annual General Meeting to facilitate the transition.
"Having partnered closely with Yair over the last three years, Moshik brings continuity, financial expertise, and strategic insight to this role," Mizrahy said.
InMode develops and manufactures medical devices using radiofrequency technology for various medical specialties including plastic surgery, gynecology, dermatology, otolaryngology, and ophthalmology. The Israel-based company is headquartered in Yokneam.
The leadership changes were announced in a company press release.
