Rockwell Medical Inc. (NASDAQ: RMTI) renewed its product purchase agreement with aQua Dialysis, LLP, a dialysis service provider in Texas, according to a company statement.

The two-year agreement includes supply and purchasing commitments, with options for two additional one-year renewals. Under the terms, Rockwell Medical will continue supplying liquid and dry acid and bicarbonate hemodialysis concentrates and other dialysis-related products to aQua Dialysis.

The Michigan-based company develops, manufactures and distributes hemodialysis products to dialysis providers worldwide. aQua Dialysis operates in-center hemodialysis and home dialysis services in Texas.

"We are pleased to continue supporting aQua Dialysis through our renewed agreement that reflects the strength of our long-standing relationship," said Tim Chole, Chief Commercial Officer at Rockwell Medical.

Corey Boone, Director of Operations and Technical Services at aQua Dialysis, stated that "Rockwell Medical has consistently demonstrated strong product quality and reliable service across our clinics over the years."

The agreement extends an existing business relationship between the two companies, though the financial terms were not disclosed in the announcement.
