FirstService Residential announced two leadership promotions within its New York operations. Brooke Rosenthal was named Vice President of New Development, while Stuart Spiro was appointed Vice President of the Condo/Co-op Werny Division.

Rosenthal joined FirstService Residential in 2013 and most recently served as an account executive within the New Development Group. She graduated from the company's 2023 Emerging Leaders program and has managed luxury residential properties in New York. In her new position, she will oversee a portfolio of newly developed high-rise, mixed-use, and luxury properties while partnering with developers on openings and operational readiness.

Spiro joined the organization in 2012 and advanced through various roles within the New Development Group, from assistant property manager to managing director. He also completed the FirstService Emerging Leaders program. As Vice President of the Condo/Co-op Werny Division, Spiro will lead teams managing condominium and cooperative communities across New York City.

"Stuart and Brooke have been integral to our team, consistently delivering results and inspiring their teams with innovative ideas and strategic vision," said Marc Kotler, President of FirstService Residential New York, according to the company's press release.

Keith Werny, President of the Condo/Co-op Werny Division, stated that both executives "embody the leadership, professionalism, and resident-focused mindset that define FirstService Residential."
