May 19, 2026 9:02 AM

XTI Aerospace Inc. (NASDAQ: XTIA) announced that its subsidiary Drone Nerds has added Agremo Ltd.'s crop monitoring and field analytics platform to its agricultural enterprise solutions portfolio.

The Agremo platform converts drone and satellite imagery into agricultural insights for farmers, agronomists, and agricultural enterprises. The software supports workflows from image capture and processing to artificial intelligence analysis, prescription maps, reporting, and field action planning.

According to the company, the platform helps customers analyze crop conditions, plan spray operations, and share field-level insights with growers and operational teams. The system supports agronomy insights including image stitching, multispectral imagery processing, and AI-supported analyses such as stand count, weed detection, and crop health assessments.

"The Agremo platform strengthens Drone Nerds' ability to support agriculture customers with a more complete drone-based workflow, from aerial data capture to agronomic analysis and execution planning," said Jeremy Schneiderman, CEO of Drone Nerds.

For spray execution, Agremo provides ready-to-fly boundaries and zones, along with spray prescriptions including flat, spot, and variable rate application maps. The platform generates AI-powered variable rate application maps for herbicide and fertilizer application planning and provides weekly health reports from satellite imagery.

The software supports RGB and multispectral imagery processing, creates high-resolution orthomosaic maps, and includes field boundary definition and measurement tools for distances, areas, and coordinates.

Agremo is available through Drone Nerds' enterprise sales team. XTI Aerospace operates through its commercial drone solutions division via Drone Nerds and two development-stage divisions focused on autonomous defense systems and domestic manufacturing of unmanned systems components.
