Micropolis receives NYSE American delisting warning over late filing

May 19, 2026 8:45 AM

Micropolis AI Robotics (NYSE American: MCRP) received a notice from NYSE Regulation indicating the company is not in compliance with continued listing standards due to failing to file its annual report on Form 20-F for fiscal year 2025 by the May 15, 2026 deadline.

The exchange will monitor the Dubai-based robotics manufacturer for six months until November 15, 2026, during which time the company must cure the filing delinquency. If Micropolis fails to file within this initial period, NYSE American may allow an additional six-month extension through May 15, 2027, depending on circumstances.

Should the company fail to meet either deadline, suspension and delisting procedures would commence according to Section 1010 of the NYSE American Company Guide.

Micropolis filed a Form 12b-25 on April 29, 2026, stating it was unable to complete its 2025 Form 20-F filing due to delays in completing the audit of its financial statements. The company cited ongoing audit-related matters requiring additional time to resolve.

The company's ordinary shares will continue trading on NYSE American during the cure period, subject to compliance with other listing requirements. The notice has no immediate impact on the listing status.

Micropolis stated it is working with auditors and advisors to complete the filing within the initial cure period, though the company noted there is no assurance it will regain full compliance with exchange listing standards.

Founded in 2014, Micropolis develops autonomous mobile robots with wheeled electric vehicle platforms and application-specific pods for various functions including surveillance, logistics, and collaborative robotics.
