Inspira Technologies changes name to QTREX Quantum, begins trading as QTEX
Inspira Technologies Oxy B.H.N. Ltd. (NASDAQ: IINN) will begin trading under the ticker symbol "QTEX" on May 20, 2026, following its corporate name change to QTREX Quantum Ltd. The company's warrants will trade under "QTEXW."
The name change reflects the company's strategic focus on its Additively Manufactured Electronics (AME) technology platform for advanced manufacturing, high-performance electronics and quantum connectivity infrastructure.
QTREX aims to apply its AME platform to address connectivity challenges inside dilution cryostats, which the company identifies as a hardware bottleneck in quantum computing. The company plans to build monolithic interconnect structures that integrate conductors, RF dielectrics, shielding, thermal management and routing into engineered systems for quantum connectivity infrastructure.
The company stated that traditional wiring architectures in quantum systems add heat, noise, RF loss and mechanical complexity as these systems scale.
Existing shareholders do not need to take any action regarding the name and ticker symbol change. CUSIP information and operational details will be updated by the company's transfer agent and The Depository Trust Company.
QTREX continues to operate its medical technology portfolio, including respiratory support and blood monitoring platforms, while working to monetize parts of its medical business. The company is also developing AME applications for defense, aerospace, missile and space markets.
The information is based on a company press release statement.
