B. Riley Securities announced the appointment of Patrice McNicoll as Co-President and Head of Capital Markets and Matt Feinberg as Co-Head of Investment Banking. Both executives previously worked at the investment bank before joining Yorkville Securities.

McNicoll will work alongside Joe Nardini, Co-President and Head of Investment Banking, to expand the firm's capital markets and advisory operations. Both McNicoll and Feinberg have experience executing capital markets transactions including public equity and debt offerings, institutional private placements, and strategic advisory mandates across infrastructure, healthcare, real estate, power, and technology sectors.

At Yorkville Securities, McNicoll served as Co-CEO while Feinberg held the position of Co-Head of Investment Banking. The appointments are part of B. Riley Securities' strategy to grow its investment banking platform.
