US Critical Metals appoints James Hocking to board of directors

US Critical Metals Corp. (CSE: USCM) (OTCQB: USCMF) (FSE: 0IU) announced the appointment of James Hocking to its board of directors, effective immediately.



Hocking brings over 20 years of experience in the global resources sector, having held senior positions in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial development. He spent eight years combined at BHP and South32, where he led commercial initiatives for major mining and infrastructure operations.



Hocking founded and led a technology startup focused on equity capital markets innovation and currently serves as chief executive officer of WestGold Metals Corp.
