Ambow Education launches HybriU Collaboration Board for hybrid meetings
Ambow Education Holding Ltd. (NYSE American: AMBO) announced the launch of its HybriU Collaboration Board, an interactive whiteboard platform that allows participants to join shared workspaces by scanning a QR code.
The product, available beginning May 19, 2026, enables real-time collaboration on documents including PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, images, sketches and drawings without requiring software installation or account creation. Participants can annotate, highlight and edit content simultaneously across devices.
"The HybriU Collaboration Board reflects our continued focus on making hybrid environments more interactive, more inclusive, and more human," said Dr. Jin Huang, CEO and Chair of Ambow Education. "By reducing the path to participation to a single QR scan, we are giving educators, teams, and event organizers a tool that turns passive viewers into active contributors."
The platform targets corporate meetings, educational settings, conferences and workshops where both in-person and remote participants need to collaborate on visual content. Users access the shared workspace through any device after scanning the QR code displayed in meeting rooms or virtual sessions.
James Bartholomew, President of Ambow Education, said the company expects the product to expand conversations with universities, training organizations and enterprise customers who want collaboration tools that work immediately without IT setup requirements.
The HybriU Collaboration Board is part of Ambow's HybriU product suite, which focuses on hybrid learning and collaboration solutions. The California-based company, founded in 2000, develops technology that combines physical and digital experiences for education and enterprise collaboration.
The product is available globally through the company's website. Ambow trades on NYSE American under the ticker AMBO.
