CGI (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB) and Posti have expanded their strategic partnership through an eight-year agreement to provide omnichannel communication solutions that combine digital and physical channels.

The collaboration covers the entire communications value chain, from printing and distribution to digital channels. CGI processes nearly 500 million digital messages and 19 million paper letters annually through its systems in Finland.

The partnership centers around Posti's OmaPosti solution, which serves 2.7 million users in Finland. The platform allows users to read messages, pay invoices, archive documents, and manage tasks within a single service.

"Our clients need increasingly flexible ways to manage their communications across different channels," said Kimmo Salakka, Vice-President, Strategy and Development at Postal Services. "Together with CGI, we can provide a solution that combines physical and digital services while bringing greater predictability and cost-efficiency to communications."

Niraj Sood, President of CGI's operations in Finland, Poland and the Baltics, stated that the partnership enables the delivery of more integrated omnichannel solutions for clients by combining expertise across the communications value chain.

Posti reported net sales of EUR 1,447.6 million in 2025 and employs approximately 13,700 people. The company operates as a delivery and fulfillment service provider in Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics. CGI reported revenue of CA$15.91 billion in fiscal 2025 and employs 94,000 consultants globally.
