May 15, 2026 5:15 PM

Globalstar Inc. (NASDAQ: GSAT) postponed the planned May 17 launch of its HIBLEO-4 replenishment satellites with SpaceX to allow additional preparation time for the satellites, the company announced.

The telecommunications provider stated it will share a new launch date once confirmed. The mission aims to replenish Globalstar's existing low Earth orbit constellation to support network resilience and service reliability.

The satellite launch postponement affects the company's plans to maintain its constellation of satellites that provide global telecommunications services. Globalstar operates a low Earth orbit satellite network that delivers connectivity solutions for business, enterprise, and consumer markets.
