The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2026, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2026.

The Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.15 per unit for the second quarter of 2026, payable to holders of ESRO’s Series 2014 Private Perpetual Preferred Units, and a dividend of $0.175 per unit for the second quarter of 2026, payable to holders of ESRO’s Series 2019 Private Perpetual Preferred Units.
