AstroNova Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT) announced it entered into a settlement agreement on May 15, 2026, to resolve arbitration proceedings related to its acquisition of MTEX New Solution, S.A.

The settlement involves multiple parties including Effort Premier Solutions Lda., Elói Ferreira, Atlantiprestígio, AstroNova Portugal, Unipessoal, Lda. and AstroNova Inc. The agreement terminates all arbitration and related proceedings between the parties.

Under the settlement terms, all parties will mutually discharge liabilities arising from the Share Purchase Agreement, Transitional Management Agreement, and related Lease Agreement that governed AstroNova Portugal's purchase of MTEX New Solution from Effort Premium Solutions.

The settlement represents the conclusion of legal proceedings that arose from the acquisition transaction. AstroNova Portugal, Unipessoal, Lda., a subsidiary of AstroNova, had previously acquired MTEX New Solution, S.A. from Effort Premium Solutions, Lda.

AstroNova provides specialized printing technology solutions for regulated and industrial markets. The company operates through two main segments: Product Identification, which delivers marking and identification solutions, and Aerospace, which provides airborne printing solutions and avionics equipment.
