Blue Moon Metals appoints five executives for US and Norway projects
Blue Moon Metals Inc. (NASDAQ: BMM) announced the appointment of five executives to support its expanding US pipeline of critical metals projects and advance its Nussir project in Norway.
The company appointed Jason Dunning as General Manager of US Special Projects, bringing 30 years of mining industry experience managing exploration projects. Simon Cooper joined as Special Projects Manager to support US work programs, contributing 18 years of metals industry project experience.
Bob Sweeden was named Health & Safety Director to lead global safety programs, bringing nearly 40 years of industry experience. Lee Langlois became Project Director for the Nussir project in Norway, with over 30 years of international mining project experience. Shaun McGeough joined as Senior Director of Corporate Development, adding more than 10 years of metals and mining transaction expertise.
"These strategic hires add depth in execution, project delivery and corporate development," said Katy Grant, Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Sustainability.
The company also announced that Stephen Eddy resigned from his role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development effective May 15, 2026.
Blue Moon operates five brownfield polymetallic projects, including the Nussir copper-gold-silver project in Norway, the NSG copper-zinc-gold-silver project in Norway, and three US projects: the Blue Moon zinc-gold-silver-copper project, the Springer tungsten-molybdenum project, and the Apex gallium, germanium, copper, and silver project.
Major shareholders include Oaktree Capital Management, Hartree Partners LP, Wheaton Precious Metals, Altius Minerals Corporation, Baker Steel Resources Trust, LNS and Monial.
