NowVertical secures $4 million AI and cloud deal with Latin American fintech
NowVertical Group Inc. (TSXV: NOW) announced a three-year agreement worth approximately $4 million with a fintech company operating in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. The deal combines Google Cloud licensing and AI solutions services.
Under the agreement, NowVertical will provide AI and data modernization services focused on Google Gemini deployment, AI agent capabilities and workflow automation. The company will also serve as the license partner for a multi-year Google Cloud consumption commitment.
The Google Cloud licensing component is expected to generate net revenue at approximately 10% of the licensing value, after third-party licensing costs and related expenses. Revenue will be recognized according to International Financial Reporting Standards. The AI solutions and professional services will be delivered within the company's targeted gross margin profile.
"Clients are requesting that their AI initiatives generate meaningful business value," said Sandeep Mendiratta, Chief Executive Officer of NowVertical. "With this engagement, our client is putting Gemini and our NowUnlock AI delivery framework to work on Google Cloud, and NowVertical is accountable for both the AI outcomes and the cloud foundation behind them."
The engagement aims to help the client connect customer, operational and financial data environments while strengthening AI-ready data foundations and applying AI across selected business workflows. This expands NowVertical's relationship from an initial services-led engagement into a broader, recurring license-plus-services model.
NowVertical recently received recognition as the 2026 Google Cloud Data & Analytics Partner of the Year for Latin America, marking the second consecutive year the company has received this award.
The information is based on a press release statement from NowVertical Group Inc.
