Consists of 642,861 Ordinary Shares owned by Haim Siboni and 107,190 restricted share units ("RSUs") that vest within 60 days of March 31, 2026, and options to purchase 1,444,714 Ordinary Shares that are already vested as of March 31, 2026, owned by Haim Siboni. Haim Siboni also owns 535,663 RSUs that will not vest within 60 days of March 31, 2026.
