GH Research (NASDAQ: GHRS) entered into an at-the-market equity offering sales agreement with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company on May 14, 2026, according to a company statement.

Under the agreement, GH Research may offer and sell up to $200 million of its ordinary shares through Stifel, which will act as sales agent or principal. The shares have a nominal value of $0.025 per share.

The sales will be conducted from time to time under a prospectus supplement and accompanying prospectus, the company stated.
