May 14, 2026 8:30 AM

Exol announced a strategic partnership with Manhattan Associates Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH) to implement warehouse and transportation management systems across its automated fulfillment centers. The collaboration will utilize Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Manhattan Active Transportation Management platforms.

The partnership aims to integrate warehouse and transportation operations through a cloud-native platform. Manhattan Active WM will serve as the system for distribution planning and execution, while Manhattan Active TM will handle transportation planning and optimization for Exol's operations.

Exol operates with backing from a $7.5 billion commitment from SoftBank Group and Symbotic. The company currently has one facility in California and a one million square foot facility in Atlanta that recently opened. Four additional sites are in development across the United States with planned openings over the next 12 months.

"In highly automated environments, reliability and consistency of execution are non-negotiable," said Ashfaque Chowdhury, CEO of Exol. "Manhattan Associates' modern cloud-based platform with extensive logistics functionality and integrated AI technology makes it a natural strategic partner for Exol."

Bob Howell, executive vice president and chief sales officer at Manhattan Associates, stated the company is "excited to partner with Exol as they expand their fulfillment-as-a-service model across the country."

Exol's network spans six facilities totaling six million square feet, with automated capacity across business-to-business, direct-to-consumer, and retail consolidation operations. The information is based on a company press release.
