Rockwell Medical Inc. (NASDAQ: RMTI) entered into a three-year product purchase agreement with Heritage Dialysis, a Michigan-based dialysis provider that specializes in home dialysis services in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and patients' homes.

The agreement includes supply and purchasing commitments and runs for an initial three-year term with options for three additional one-year renewal periods. Under the contract, Rockwell Medical will supply Heritage Dialysis with hemodialysis products including PureCart bicarbonate cartridges, RenalPure liquid acetic acid-based solutions, SteriLyte liquid bicarbonate, and other dialysis-related products.
