Faraday Future signs distribution deal with RobotShop for AI robots
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) signed a memorandum of understanding with RobotShop to distribute its AI robotics products through the e-commerce platform.
The California-based company's robotics products are available for purchase on RobotShop's platform. RobotShop serves as Faraday Future's first partner in the robotics category under the company's partner model.
Faraday Future has shipped 68 AI robots as of April 30, 2026, with positive gross margins on the products. The company targets delivering 200 units in its first delivery quarter and expects cumulative shipments to exceed 1,000 units in 2026.
"Our partnership with RobotShop allows us to bring our full portfolio of EAI Robotics' products to our users with a practical path to adoption," said Chris Chen, Co-CEO of FF AI-Robotics.
The company produces humanoid and bionic robots and focuses on education market applications. Faraday Future plans to advance partnerships with K-12 schools and universities for robot procurement agreements.
RobotShop operates as a robotics-focused e-commerce platform across North America and other global markets. The platform provides access to professional buyers in the robotics industry.
