FIEE grants stock awards to four business partners
FiEE Inc. (NASDAQ: FIEE) granted restricted stock units to four business partners, according to a company statement. The RSUs will vest over three years.
The company awarded 2,761 RSUs each to Jiang Chunwei, Li Huijuan, Wu Xiaping, and Zou Xiaojie. The grants total 11,044 RSUs across the four recipients.
FiEE stated the initiative aims to align interests with key business partners and strengthen collaboration. The company said the arrangement serves the interests of the company and its stockholders.
The technology company, formerly Minim Inc., provides IoT, connectivity and AI solutions for brand management. FiEE operates four business segments: cloud-managed connectivity platforms, IoT hardware sales and licensing, software-as-a-service solutions, and professional services.
The company was founded in 1977 and transitioned to a software-first model in 2024. FiEE rebranded in 2025 to focus on AI and data analytics capabilities for content creation and brand management services.
