Blink Charging advances 136 DC fast charging stalls in Q1 2026
Blink Charging Co. (NASDAQ: BLNK) reported progress on 136 DC fast charging stalls across 27 sites approved or under construction during the first quarter of 2026, according to a company statement released May 13.
The electric vehicle charging equipment provider completed several installations during the quarter, including a high-powered site at Vasa Fitness in Lafayette, Colorado, offering 600kW total capacity with up to 360kW peak per stall. The company also installed two 180kW dual-port DC fast chargers at Morganton Plaza in North Carolina and two single-port DC fast chargers in Brooklyn, New York.
The approved pipeline includes planned sites across New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Florida, and additional locations in North Carolina. These developments are part of Blink's strategy to expand its owned and operated fast charging infrastructure.
"DC fast charging is central to how we are building Blink for the next decade and beyond, and we are energized by the pace of progress we're seeing across our pipeline," said Mike Battaglia, President and CEO of Blink Charging.
The company reported a 25% year-over-year increase in service revenue for Q1 2026. Blink stated it maintains a debt-free balance sheet and streamlined cost structure as it continues expanding its DC fast charging network.
Blink Charging operates electric vehicle charging equipment and services globally, with charging stations connected to its proprietary cloud-based Blink Network software platform.
