Intuit enhances Enterprise Suite with AI-powered multi-entity automation

May 13, 2026 8:32 AM

Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) announced enhancements to its Intuit Enterprise Suite platform designed for mid-market businesses. The updates include automated multi-entity close processes, dimensional reporting capabilities, construction industry features, and integrated human capital management solutions.

The Enterprise Suite now offers automated cross-entity accounting workflows that generate and track intercompany eliminations at the transaction level. The platform can manage over 200 entities and process millions in revenue through multi-dimensional financial management tools. According to the company, 90% of customers complete their migration in less than 30 days.

New features include multi-level entity hierarchy and consolidation capabilities that allow businesses to create multiple hierarchies reflecting tax, legal, and operational structures. An AI system automatically suggests categories for intercompany sales bills based on previous transactions, while cross-company bill pay functionality handles payments across entity bank accounts and creates related journal entries.

The platform introduces enhanced reporting with dimensions that allow finance teams to group columns and apply filters within financial and sales reports. Peer benchmarking capabilities compare performance across industry, revenue, and location using transaction data from millions of businesses.

For construction businesses, Intuit expanded its construction edition with an AI-powered project management agent that provides cost recommendations and enhanced work-in-progress reports with industry-standard fields and automated calculations. The platform also includes flexible job costing features for transitioning from bid to execution phases.

The Enterprise Suite now integrates Intuit's workforce solution that combines payroll, time tracking, benefits, hiring, recruiting, and performance management on a single platform alongside financial operations.

These capabilities are being rolled out to U.S.-based Intuit Enterprise Suite customers beginning today, according to the company's press release.
