TTEC Digital signs collaboration agreement with AWS for Amazon Connect

TTEC Digital has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services to accelerate adoption of Amazon Connect through AI-powered customer experience transformation, the company announced.



The agreement allows TTEC Digital (NASDAQ: TTEC) to work directly with AWS product teams to help organizations move beyond basic cloud migration and fully leverage AI, automation, and real-time data within Amazon Connect. The collaboration includes delivering intelligent self-service, agent assist capabilities, and modernization of legacy contact center platforms.

TTEC Digital aims to reduce the cost and complexity of contact center transformations while accelerating deployment of AI capabilities into production using proven deployment frameworks and direct collaboration with AWS product teams.



The Austin-based company has over four decades of contact center expertise and has implemented Amazon Connect solutions across various industries. Shelter Insurance Companies serves as an example of TTEC Digital's Amazon Connect implementation work.
