CLEAR launches services at Northwest Arkansas National Airport
CLEAR (NYSE: YOU) launched its security screening services at Northwest Arkansas National Airport, bringing biometric identity verification technology to the Arkansas facility.
The deployment includes CLEAR+ Lanes, automated biometric eGates that verify member identity in under five seconds, and CLEAR Concierge, a premium service that provides personal escorts from curb to gate. The eGates allow CLEAR+ members to proceed directly to physical screening after identity verification.
CLEAR Concierge offers travelers a guided experience through the airport, targeting families, executives, and frequent flyers. The company stated it plans a network-wide eGate rollout in 2026.
"As one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, travelers deserve an experience that moves at their pace," said Caryn Seidman Becker, CEO of CLEAR. "At XNA, we're building the home-to-gate journey with CLEAR+ Lanes, automated biometric eGates, our beloved Ambassadors, and CLEAR Concierge."
Aaron Burkes, CEO of XNA, said the addition supports the growing number of passengers choosing to fly from Northwest Arkansas.
CLEAR operates at 61 airports and serves more than 8.2 million active CLEAR+ members. The company reports more than 41 million total members across its identity platform. Northwest Arkansas National Airport provides nonstop flights to 27 destinations across the United States and serves as Arkansas' busiest commercial airport.
