Rithm Capital prices $500 million senior unsecured notes offering
Rithm Capital Corp. (NYSE: RITM) announced it has priced an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 8.500% senior unsecured notes due 2031, according to a company statement.
The alternative asset manager plans to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include repaying certain debt. The notes will not have registration rights.
The offering is expected to close on May 14, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and are being offered only to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and to investors outside the United States under Regulation S.
Rithm Capital operates as a global alternative asset manager with experience in credit and real estate assets.
