Quanterix CFO Vandana Sriram to depart company in June 2026
Quanterix Corporation (NASDAQ: QTRX) announced that Chief Financial Officer Vandana Sriram will leave the company, with her departure scheduled for June 15, 2026.
Sriram joined the biomarker detection company in 2023 and will remain in her position during the transition period while the company searches for her replacement. The extended timeline aims to ensure continuity in financial operations.
"Vandana has made impactful contributions to Quanterix since joining the Company in 2023," said Everett Cunningham, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Her leadership and contributions have been instrumental in the ongoing evolution of the company and have helped create a strong foundation for cost discipline and cash management."
Sriram commented on the company's financial position, stating that "Quanterix is on a solid financial footing, with a clear path to cash flow breakeven and achievement of challenging synergy targets and operating with solid financial discipline and rigor."
The announcement comes after Quanterix recently acquired Akoya Biosciences in 2025, adding multiplexed tissue imaging capabilities to its portfolio of ultra-sensitive biomarker detection technologies. The combined company operates approximately 1,439 installed instruments.
Quanterix specializes in biomarker detection technology for disease research, diagnostics, and drug development. The company's Simoa technology enables detection of biomarkers in blood and other fluids at concentrations below traditional detection limits.
