Aderant launches AI agent center for law firm operations
Aderant announced the Aderant Agent Center at its Momentum Global 2026 conference, introducing AI-powered automation for law firm operations. The company, a business unit of Roper Technologies (NASDAQ: ROP), unveiled the new capabilities built on its Stridyn platform.
The Agent Center includes three initial AI agents: a Collections Agent that automates payment workflows based on risk assessment, an Appeals Agent that identifies e-billing rejections and drafts appeals, and a Talent Evaluation Agent that processes matter-level feedback into structured insights.
"Law firms are under increasing pressure to add client value while maintaining stability," said Chris Cartrett, President and CEO. "With the Agent Center and our continued investment in Stridyn, we are delivering on the vision of an AI-enabled legal back-office."
The announcement builds on Aderant's Expert Sierra cloud practice management solution, which has been adopted by more than 275 firms, including 23% of the Am Law 200.
Aderant also highlighted existing innovations being deployed to clients, including next-generation accounts receivable and general ledger systems, AI-powered time capture and narrative generation, and a Virtual Pricing Director for data-driven pricing and budgeting.
Lisa Erickson, SVP of Product Management and AI at Aderant, said the Agent Center represents a shift toward intelligent systems that coordinate work across law firm operations rather than isolated automation.
The conference is being held May 11-14 at the Omni Fort Lauderdale in Florida. Information is based on a company press release.
