EXL names Bhupender Singh president of international growth markets
EXL (NASDAQ: EXLS) appointed Bhupender Singh as president and head of international growth markets, according to a company press release. Singh will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Rohit Kapoor and join the executive committee.
Singh will lead growth initiatives for the EMEA and APAC regions and develop go-to-market strategies for the global data and AI company. He brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in technology-enabled services.
Most recently, Singh served as president and co-CEO of Teleperformance SE (Euronext: TEP), where he oversaw operations spanning 93 countries and more than 2,000 corporate clients during his six-year tenure. The company delivered revenues exceeding €10 billion under his leadership.
Prior to Teleperformance, Singh was CEO of Intelenet Global Services, a business process management company where he helped deliver organic revenue growth of more than 60% and more than doubled EBITDA.

Singh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai.
EXL, founded in 1999, provides data and AI services to companies in insurance, healthcare, banking, retail, communications, energy and infrastructure sectors. The New York-based company employs approximately 67,000 people across six continents.
