PowerBank launches AI agents for investor relations and operations

May 12, 2026 7:08 AM

PowerBank Corporation (NASDAQ: SUUN) has deployed two artificial intelligence systems developed by Intellistake Technologies Corp. (CSE: ISTK) as part of a previously announced contract.

The company's public-facing AI communications agent went live on its website April 8, providing automated responses to investor inquiries. The system delivers information from verified public disclosures and generates analytics reports on engagement patterns.

The second system, IntelliScope, has been deployed on dedicated AI infrastructure and is undergoing internal testing. The platform is designed to automate reporting work and provide business intelligence for PowerBank's renewable energy development operations.

IntelliScope runs on infrastructure hosted in Sweden by a Swiss provider, operating independently of major U.S. cloud services. PowerBank is the first client deployment on this infrastructure, which uses renewable energy.

"What Intellistake has delivered gives us a system that can present our filings, disclosures, and corporate updates clearly and consistently, available to investors at any time," said Dr. Richard Lu, PowerBank's CEO.

The IntelliScope platform is configured to support PowerBank's U.S. renewable energy development operations, including site analysis for solar and battery storage projects and evaluation of federal and state grant eligibility.

PowerBank announced contracts with Intellistake in February 2026 following beta testing that began in November 2025. The AI deployment supports the company's development pipeline of over 1 gigawatt.

The company develops solar and battery energy storage projects across North America and has built renewable energy projects with combined capacity exceeding 100 megawatts.
