Vizsla Silver names Susy Horna as new corporate secretary

Vizsla Silver Corp. (NYSE: VZLA) announced that Susy Horna will assume the role of corporate secretary, replacing Jen Hanson effective immediately.

Horna brings several years of professional experience in the legal aspects of the mining, oil and gas and shipping industries. She previously served as manager of corporate records and governance for First Majestic Silver Corp. and corporate secretary of Gatos Silver Inc. before its acquisition by First Majestic.

She has also held corporate secretary positions for various public and private companies within the Augusta Group of Companies and worked as a paralegal for Pacific Northwest LNG, Seaspan Corporation and Southwestern Resources Corp.

Vizsla Silver is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver focused on its Panuco silver-gold project in Sinaloa, Mexico. The company completed a feasibility study for Panuco in November 2025 which projected 17.4 million ounces of silver equivalent annual production over an initial 9.4-year mine life.
